Pressing Instructions:

• Temp: 300-310° | Pressure: Heavy 
• Heat Press Time: 10 seconds.
• Peel: HOT 
• Repress with Teflon sheet: 10 seconds.
  
• Commercial style heat press is highly recommended.

• 100% Cotton
• 100% Polyester
• 50/50 Cotton/Polyester
• Tri blends
• Nylon
• Lycra
